Infront launches D SERVANT an innovative Hospitality Guest Management Tool

1. FC Köln is the first club to take advantage of the new digital offering

Frankfurt, Germany – Infront Sports & Media launches a new digital solution for professional Hospitality & Guest Management in the German market. D∙SERVANT digitalises the entire hospitality process – simplifying all related activities from ticket purchasing through to the actual match and visiting the stadium. The App had been finalised for the start of the 2016/17 Bundesliga season and 1. FC Köln, marketed by Infront, was the first club to embrace the new technology.

Information before, during and after the game

As the most extensive Hospitality & Guest Management solution available on the market, D∙SERVANT is an important business tool for the event organisers while at the same time simplifying the processes for customers buying hospitality offerings. Specifically, the App provides a guest seating tool as well as an integrated invitation management feature.

In addition, game day information such as the weather, transport directions and details of the catering offer in the hospitality area is also available. As a result, D∙SERVANT is the primary information and communication channel for use before, during and after the stadium visit - supporting the organisers, hostesses, customers and other visitors.
