New publication showcases the Group’s sustainable business practices and commitment to making a positive impact on the world through sports

Zug, Switzerland – Infront has released its first Sustainability Report in a move towards greater transparency and sustainable development. This comprehensive document aims to provide stakeholders with a centralised source of information on the Group's ESG performance and demonstrate its commitment to responsible business practices.

New call-to-action

The report outlines Infront's long-standing engagement in promoting sustainability through various initiatives in the sports ecosystem. Some of the highlights include:

  • The company's efforts in driving the development of spectator and participation sports, directly and indirectly benefitting the global sports ecosystem

  • Obtaining ISO certification for the Group’s compliance management

  • Promoting public health and an active lifestyle through its participation sport events

  • Taking voluntary environmental action at its owned events

  • Providing a platform for brands to drive climate awareness

The report outlines five strategic focus areas for future development based on Infront’s previous engagements: shaping the sports ecosystem, showing integrity, promoting public health, enabling inclusive growth, and fighting climate change. The company aims to streamline its activities and strengthen its efforts in these areas to achieve greater impact and adapt to market needs.

Philippe Blatter, Infront President & CEO, said “Our engagement for environmental, social, and governance aspects is long and deeply rooted in our organisation. With introducing this annual Sustainability Report, we aim for a more concerted and strategic approach and make our actions more tangible and transparent. Together with our valued partners and stakeholders we want to jointly drive a sustainable sports ecosystem.”

The release of this report marks the beginning of Infront's sustainability journey, with plans to provide annual updates on its progress and continuous corporate development.
