Multi-year agreement to cover both men’s and women’s UCI WorldTour races

Zug, Switzerland - Infront has signed an exclusive international media rights agreement with Australia’s Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race, further expanding its presence in cycling.

The elite men’s race was elevated to the UCI WorldTour calendar in 2017 and the elite women’s race to the UCI Women’s WorldTour in 2020. Australian races are back in the calendar after a two-year break due to the pandemic and will take place in Victoria from January 27-29.

Kelly Dickson, Director Major Events Visit Victoria said: “The Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race continues to be a first of its kind in Australia. For visitors, the Great Ocean Road region offers iconic surf breaks, rainforests, waterfalls, delicious local produce and one of the world’s most scenic coastal drives. In Geelong, the waterfront will be buzzing with activity as all courses pass through the Event Village. We see untapped potential in our event and share the same goals and vision on how to further develop our race on a worldwide basis as Infront. We are looking forward to working on this together and are excited for the future.”

We are looking forward to using our expertise to become a key driver of the race's future success and popularity on the international stage. “
