Vodafone and the Turkish Volleyball Federation

Vodafone, a global telecommunications leader, signed a significant three-year sponsorship agreement with the Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) for both the Turkish Women’s National Team and
the country’s top league, the Vodafone Sultans League, in October
2023.

This partnership, facilitated by Infront, is the largest sponsorship of its kind for women’s sport in Turkey and volleyball globally, indicating a substantial commitment towards promoting women’s volleyball and gender equality in the region, and specifically the youth.

The TVF was keen to form partnerships which offered not only visibility, but a connection to fans on a deeper level. Such purpose driven
partnerships not only sharpen the profile of the brands involved but also resonate with consumers who share similar values.

This case study gives an overview of the first full season of the National Teams partnership and second season of the Vodafone Sultans League partnership (2024-2025).
