New international rights partnership includes Diamond League Series events from 2025
Doha/Zug, Qatar/Switzerland – Infront, a Wanda Sports Group company, has expanded its portfolio through a new five-year agreement with the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and the Diamond League AG for the international media rights to the elite track and field circuit.
The partnership also includes a 10-year international media rights agreement for a second international tour, a series of one-day meetings around the world due to be launched by the IAAF in 2020.
Representing broadcast rights for global athletics
Infront will be responsible for sourcing international broadcasters for all IAAF Diamond League meetings for five seasons starting in 2025 as well as the new international tour, which is an upgrade of the current World Challenge series, for 10 seasons from 2020.
