All races produced in HD 16/9, with international sound and English graphics; available via satellite.

RACES

Average of 70 Men’s and Women's races per season. More than 100 hours of programming per season.

SCHEDULING

  • Season runs from NOVEMBER to MARCH
  • Races are mostly on weekends, 
    FRIDAY – SUNDAY
  • Races are generally held in the MORNING/EARLY AFTERNOON

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

“RUKA TRIPLE”

Season Opening with 6 races in Ruka (FIN), followed by an extensive Scandinavian programme

THE TRADITIONAL “TOUR DE SKI”

With its spectacular Final Climb competition, is held at the end of December/beginning of January and awards World Cup points and the coveted title of Tour de Ski Winner

WORLD CUP FINALS

The 2025/26 Cross-Country World Cup Finals – to award the crystal globe – will be held in Lake Placid (USA)

  • Formats vary throughout the season, featuring CLASSIC and FREE TECHNIQUES, SPRINTS and LONG DISTANCES, and INDIVIDUAL and MASS STARTS
