Zug, Switzerland — Global energy group Total has strengthened its commitment to badminton by signing up as Official Sponsor of the Badminton World Federation's (BWF) newly launched World Tour series.
The deal, negotiated by Infront as BWF's exclusive media and marketing partner, sees the group become a partner of the new HSBC BWF World Tour and the HSBC BWF World Tour Finals until 2021.
A dedicated partner in promoting badminton since 2015, Total will continue as the title sponsor, the most prestigious sponsorship tier, for all BWF Major Events, including such showpieces as the BWF World Championships, Sudirman Cup and the Thomas & Uber Cup Finals.
